All Portable Discussion Zone group build #1 (Part 2)
A brief update, of sorts.

Though the sine wave is not great, it is perfectly good for testing filters and SWR meters, however… As you can see in the picture, I have ~0.8v peak to peak. At about 7.1MHz the VPP jumps up to ~2.5v, which is much more desireable. Because I am seeing this all on the one winding position of the switch, I think it is due to the capacitance value, so I will try changing the capacitor bank and see if using a lower range (fewer pF and narrower range) will allow for more consistent voltage across the sweep, and better use of the current windings on my ferrite stick.
Incidentally, I also just got a box of parts from Digikey: I ordered a ferrite rod, which is absolutely miniscule, and I am curious to try winding on it, though I don’t know if I can without breaking it, as it is that small.
